In this role, you'll:
- Convert leads into paying customers by effectively showcasing the value of PILBAN’s creative services.
- Develop and nurture client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage client expectations and ensure smooth project delivery.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and expand existing client accounts.
- Work closely with creative teams to understand project requirements and translate them into compelling client presentations.
- Take ownership of your role and consistently strive to exceed client expectations.
We're looking for someone who:
- Possesses strong sales and business development skills with a proven track record of success.
- Has a minimum of 2 years of experience as an Account Manager or B2B Sales Expert.
- Is a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic.
- Excels at building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Possesses excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
